American Farmland Trust presents agronomy and rye flavor results from the 2019 harvest, distillation and planting with their farmer network during a rye-inspried lunch and conversation Friday, Jan. 31, 2020 at Rye on Market in Louisville, Ky. The agenda includes signature cocktails and a rye-inspired lunch menu hosted by American Farmland Trust. Chris Morris and Elizabeth McCall from Woodford Reserve will present a tasting and talk on the distillation flavor reseach progress on three rye varieties, followed by Dr. Dave Van Sanford of UK discussing the full catalog of rye varieties.
